The B25620B0287K701 is a TDK EPCOS B25620 series DC-link film capacitor rated at 700 V DC with 280 uF, in a cylindrical aluminum can of about 85 mm diameter by 70 mm long. The B25620 MKP DC series is a metallized polypropylene power capacitor with low self-inductance in the nanohenry range, high energy density and a high current capability, designed to stabilise the DC bus of an inverter or converter.
